How your delivery works
Order received
You immediately receive an order receipt by email. Once availability is checked, the order acceptance follows.
Straight from the warehouse
Your goods are picked at the wholesale warehouse and handed to the carrier without any detour.
On its way to you
As soon as the carrier assigns a tracking number, you receive the tracking link by email.
Delivery
Delivered to your address in Germany – usually 1–3 business days after the order acceptance.
Prices, shipping costs and delivery area
Final prices including delivery
All prices are final prices incl. 19% VAT and delivery within Germany – no minimum order value and no shipping costs. The price per tyre may drop for several tyres, e.g. a set of four (tiered pricing); we currently do not deliver to islands without a road link, Heligoland or Büsingen.
There is no minimum order value and no shipping fee – not even for small orders or for partial deliveries from different warehouses.
Tiered prices
The price per tyre may be lower when you order several tyres, e.g. a set (tiered pricing). You see the price per tyre and the total for the chosen quantity on the article and in the cart before you buy; the price shown when you place the order applies.
Delivery area
We deliver to addresses in Germany; we currently do not deliver abroad. Also excluded at the moment are islands without a road link – for example Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Pellworm, the Halligen, the East Frisian Islands, Neuwerk, Hiddensee and the islands in the Chiemsee – as well as Heligoland and Büsingen am Hochrhein, which are outside the German VAT territory.

As soon as a tracking number is available, you receive the tracking link by email; the status is also shown on your order page.
Neutral packaging
Your goods arrive neutrally packaged straight from the warehouse – discreet and ideal for workshops too.
Multiple items
Orders with several items may arrive as partial deliveries from different warehouses – at no extra shipping cost.
Frequent shipping questions
When will my order arrive?
In-stock goods usually reach you 1–3 business days after the order acceptance; with bank transfer, processing starts when the payment arrives.
What if I am not at home?
The carrier leaves a notification and retries the next business day or delivers to a pickup point nearby.
Do you deliver outside Germany?
No, we currently deliver to addresses in Germany only. We also do not deliver to islands without a road link, Heligoland or Büsingen at the moment – the affected postcodes are listed above under “Delivery area”.
Is there a minimum order value or a shipping fee?
No. You pay the final price shown, including VAT and delivery within Germany – for small orders and partial deliveries too.
